Explosion proof Ex d Zone 1

Explosion proof Ex d lighting fixtures are applicable for hazardous areas, zone 1. They are designed to meet IEC, Ex and maritime requirements.

High quality explosion proof Ex d lighting fixtures are available with seawater resistant aluminium end caps and polycarbonate tube. There are types with battery backup sytem.

Mounting

One hinge bracket and one fix angle bracket.
The hinge makes it possible to move the fixture to free position to remove the gear tray.

Electric

With electronic or magnetic ballast.
Also available with battery backup emergency light
All Ex classified fixtures will have certified cable glands M20 or M25.

Housing

Polyamide tube housing and seawater resistant aluminium ends.

Lightsource/Optic

White geartray and impact-proof polycarbonate diffuser.
Designed for T8 tubes in 18W or 36W
