The hull of this semisubmersible drilling rig was built by Sevmash in Russia and the topside by Fincantieri in Italy.
Saipem has brought the rig back north to do development drilling for Eni Norge at the Goliat field on the Norwegian side of the Barent Sea in the arctic.
