Carelite | Carelite LED

CareLite has a covered spring balanced arm for easy cleaning, and safe and easy positioning. An integrated ergonomic handle makes operation easy even for patients with disabilities.

Exact positioning
CareLite can be positioned exactly where the light is required. This is particularly important in multi bed wards where it allows one patient to have their reading light on without disturbing other patients in the ward. 

Different mounting options
Carelite is available for wall, table or trolley mounting. The wall version is available with two different arm lengths. A selection of brackets is available for the different mounting options. Colour: White.

Choice of light source
CareLite is available with LED, 18W high frequency compact fluorescent lamp, or supplied with an E27 lampholder and 11W energy-saving compact fluorescent lamp.

The new LED version offers benefits over traditional light sources. It is virtually maintenance free. The LED light source has a life expectancy of 40.000 hours or more. The powerful LED module has an excellent light output giving 300 lux @ 0.6 metres.
trolley_x508_255pix Carelite is normally mounted on the wall by the bed, but can also be mounted on a table or trolley.

Light source

Supplied with 1 x TC-TE 18 W, 1 x 11 W energy saving lamp or 1 x integrated LED module 8 W. The luminaire is certified for maximum 40 W. Correlated colour temperature (CCT) is 3000 K, Coulour rendition index (CRI) is 93.

Ballast

Electronic ballast (HF) for TC-TE version.

Body material & colour

Steel arm with plastic covers and shade. Colour: light grey.

Mounting

CareLite can be  wall, table or trolley mounted. Various table clamps, integrated table mount, wall mount and trolley are available on request.

Optics

Symmetric light output. CareLite LED uses polycarbonate lenses.

Power supply

Plug-in 18 V power supply for LED version.

Arm technology & movement

Parallel, three-pivot arm. Arm lengths are 105 cm for the table version and 105 cm or 115 cm for the wall version
