Shawn Littrell is an industrial designer inspired by new materials and technologies. He aims to create products that use less energy and impact consumer lives in meaningful ways. His designs balance clean lines and soft curves to create harmonious objects which have a strong purposeful meanings.
Shawn Littrell was born in Seattle, Washington, and spent his formative years in the southwest living in Santa Fe, New Mexico. In 2005 he graduated from the Art Center College of Design with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Design. Littrell has won several awards for his designs in office furniture most notably for his Ninety for Luxo which appeared in the Cooper Hewitt's Smithsonian's National Design Triennial: Why Design Now?
