Glamox A20 is a slim and refined family of designer luminaires with modern shape and pleasant light distribution. It is without question that it can be delivered with energy saving solutions, but our designers have first and foremost developed a product that expands the possibility of an overall style throughout the building.
A20-P420 is a pendant luminaire with 420mm diameter and with a light distribution that provides an elegant, floating impression. The soft and comfortable up and downlight contribute to create an open and airy room and is especially effective in open spaces with high ceilings.
The luminaire is supplied with first-class materials and elegant, precise finish. The luminaire housing is in die-cast aluminium and with a grey polyester powder line (RAL 9006). Opal satin acrylic diffuser. The pendant suspension with slim wires contributes to the “weightless and floating” impression of the luminaire. A20-P420 is also available in a bigger size. A full refurbishment and update was the requirement on this project. Glamox Luxo in conjunction with the client put a full design package together giving consideration to the nature of the interior and current lighting layout. X-Type a mixture linear T5 pendants and surface mount was selected for the main library area, with A20-P for the reception area. The key goal on this particular project was for a one stop solution and supply for all the non teaching areas. Decorative and energy efficient luminaires were the clients requirements, so using a variety of product families such as the A20 P & S, D20's for corridors and break-out areas, along with specialist sports hall luminaire the C51-S.
