Our HR team at Glamox consists of dedicated professionals who collaborate closely with managers and employees to create efficient work processes and develop the company’s HR functions. We are now seeking a structured and curious student for a part-time position in our HR team to assist with some of our exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Registering and updating HR data in our systems
- Ensuring data quality and accuracy
- Supporting the development of our HCM solution
- Following up on the employee engagement survey
- Analyzing HR data using tools like Power BI and Excel
- Digitalizing and automating HR processes, such as preboarding, onboarding, and offboarding
- Supporting internal communication and contributing to a positive employee experience
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a student within HR, administration, or a related field with an interest in HR Tech
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys providing service and support for both small and large tasks
- Demonstrates a strong ability to learn and is eager to develop both professionally and personally
- Is adaptable and thrives in dynamic environments, easily managing changes and new tools with flexibility
- Demonstrates exceptional IT skills and swiftly adapts to new systems and tools with ease
- Understands what is required to digitalize and automate processes
- Has strong written and verbal communication skills in both Norwegian and English
- Is structured, precise, and detail-oriented
