We are looking for a Project Manager (f/m/d) with a passion for international projects and sustainable lighting systems to join our team in Seevetal as soon as possible.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Planning, design and integration of our lighting systems on surface vessels, submarines and in the offshore sector in cooperation with shipyards in the international environment
- Development of standardized and individual solutions with a specialized team of colleagues and suppliers as well as communication directly with the customer
- Comprehensive management of the assigned projects, taking into account the specifications for quality, budgets and deadlines over the entire project duration from the conclusion of the contract to the delivery to the customer, including coordination of the specialist teams involved
- Function as central contact for all stakeholders and employees for the transfer projects.
- Technical contract and claim management
- Intensive participation in project documentation
- You work with the most modern common and special software programs as well as with a PM tool and the company-specific ERP system
Who We Are Looking For?
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree holder or a person with comparable technical qualification/experience
- Professional and PM experienced person with product-related, customer-oriented thinking
- You have experience in the fields of electrical engineering and/or shipbuilding or offshore environment
- You are a solution finder who works in a goal- and result-oriented manner
- Fluent written and spoken German and English skills are a matter of course
- Character with a strong customer focus, high level of commitment & personal responsibility, resilience and flexibility even in unforeseen events
- A team member with positive spirit, strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
