Job requirements:
- technical background, preferably from the marine/offshore industry,
- proven track record in technical sales with strong sales results,
- experience in preparing technical proposals,
- experience presenting and communicating in both English and Polish,
- availability to travel,
- experience in relationship management and new business,
- a good team player that can also work well independently,
- third language such as French, Italian or Spanish is a plus.

To succeed as a Sales Manager in our Marine, Offshore and Wind division, you should have a strong interest in promoting innovative products and a keen curiosity about customers' challenges and needs in the maritime industry. You must also enjoy identifying new clients, building relationships, and selling sustainable lighting solutions that improve people’s performance and well-being.
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for our sales activities within the designated territory of Central and Eastern Europe, but you will also work closely with your colleagues that cover Western and Southern Europe.
Besides the focus on achieving sales and margin targets, you build meaningful relationships with key decision-makers across Central and Eastern Europe region and identify new opportunities. You define and develop technical specifications and proposals tailored to customer and collaborating with our team to deliver outstanding results. You also participate in marketing activities such as trade fairs, conferences, and customer events.
