Sales Team Manager Singapore

Are you an experienced and engaged sales leader with a passion for driving growth and being close to the market? Glamox, a global leader in lighting solutions for the Marine, Offshore and Wind (MOW) division is looking for a Sales Team Manager in Singapore who is passionate about sales success, sales leadership and customer-centric engagement. This role is vital to support our mission to be the preferred lighting partner in the Marine, Offshore, and Wind segments in Singapore and other South East Asia countries. The role requires a strong presence in the field, with a focus on driving sales growth and client engagement.

Main responsibilities:

  • Client & Market Expansion: Actively engage in client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and expand the customer base while maintaining existing client satisfaction. The Sales Team Manager will be actively involved in the field, ensuring strong connections with key clients and staying close to market developments.
  • Sales Growth: Increase Glamox market share in Singapore and other South East Asia countries such as Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam etc.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and motivate the team, ensuring individual and team targets align with company goals and budget.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop team members, promoting cross-functional collaboration and ensuring compliance with Glamox standards and best practices.

 

Are you who we are looking for?
To succeed in this role, you must have at least 8+ years experience in sales in Marine Offshore sector and demonstrated sales success. You have relevant leadership experience or high interest in developing yourself in this area. You should be open-minded and self-driven, with a strong willingness to learn.

Additional skills and qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • The ability to work systematically and accurately.
  • A Bachelor or Master degree in engineering, business, sales or marketing, or relevant professional experience.
  • International background with understanding of multi-culture.
  • The ability to understand complex customer needs and solutions.
