Strategy Manager

Glamox is currently on an exciting growth journey, executing on our Green Light Strategic Aspirations to grow and increase profitability. We have been building our Group Strategy team over the past 12 months and we are looking for support to work on some of our exciting projects. Our projects and tasks vary considerably, so this is an amazing chance to involve yourself in several areas of the business.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Strategy Manager to join our Strategy team.

The role will report to the Group Chief Growth Officer, and will work closely with the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Take ownership of strategy and corporate development projects; both jumping into existing projects and starting new ones. 
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and turn this analysis into intelligence for Glamox. 
  • Review and evaluate current projects and develop best practice templates. 
  • Support digitalization and sustainability initiatives. 
  • Help prepare and run internal improvement projects. 
  • Aid in the preparation of reports and presentations for senior stakeholders. 

Qualifications & Requirements: 

  • Master’s degree in business, economics, finance, or similar. 
  • 2-5 years working in Management Consulting or in a similar role in a Corporate setting. 
  • Analytical and research skills, and the key ability to be able to turn data and trends into intelligence and actions.  
  • Experienced user in Microsoft applications, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word. 
  • Experience in using data visualization tools such as PowerBi. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. 
  • Ability to work as part of a team. 
  • Experience as project manager.  
  • Interest in sustainability and digitalization is a plus. 
  • The right to live and work full time in Norway – this is an absolute requirement.
