The upgraded switch mechanism, now alcohol-resistant, marks a notable improvement when it comes to hygiene and to ease of cleaning, ensuring reliability even in the most demanding clinical environments. The FPC switch technology, which stands for Flexible Circuit Boards, ensures no exposed electrical parts on either the front or back side.

This solution makes the entire lamp approved for cleaning with alcohol. In addition to this all the painted surfaces are also painted with antimicrobial SteriTouch® coating which prevents growth of bacteria, biofilm, and mould. All of the above makes these lamps some of the most hygienical arm-based products for medical applications.
