Ryann Aoukar

Ryann Aoukar is a Canadian product designer and interior architect who collaborated for several years with Rem Koolhaas of OMA – the Office for Metropolitan Architecture in Rotterdam. He was also associated with global architecture firm Gensler, before establishing his own practice in 2007. He teaches design at the University of Tennessee in the United States.

Aoukar holds a Bachelor’s degree in interior architecture and a Master’s degree in product design. He is a winner of several prestigious awards; from the Chicago Athenaeum Museum, from the International Interior Design Show in Montreal, and from the Interior Design Magazine in New York. He has worked on a wide range of design projects in the United States, Canada, Europe and China.
