Alliance Formed with HMI so LEDs Can "Thrive"
An alliance has been formed with Herman Miller to better promote Luxo's line of ergonomic, energy-efficient lighting solutions through Herman Miller's Thrive Portfolio.
With the world’s most extensive line of ergonomic and energy-efficient task lights, Luxo has formed an alliance with Herman Miller to expand Herman Miller’s offering of LED task lights in its Thrive Portfolio of ergonomic products. All of Luxo’s contract lighting solutions, including LED lights Ninety, Ovelo and Terea, are now available through Herman Miller dealers.
“Herman Miller Thrive and Luxo lighting together provide an even more compelling alternative for ergonomically and efficiently outfitting any workspace,” Sam Gumins, President of Luxo North America said. “This alliance truly delivers the right light as part of the whole ergonomic solution.”
Personal lighting is an important component of a healthy workspace. The right light can improve personal comfort, stimulate concentration and enhance performance. Offering a powerful combination of design, performance, and the latest technology, Luxo’s ergonomic LED lighting solutions complement the existing Herman Miller Thrive lighting solutions.
Pat Sigler, Product Manager for the Thrive Portfolio added “We are very excited to now offer Luxo as part of the Thrive Portfolio. This significantly broadens our current range of lighting solutions, particularly in LED task lighting.”
A full lineup of Luxo products were featured throughout the Herman Miller showroom at the NeoCon 2011 World’s Trade Fair in Chicago, June 13-15.
