A70-S
Description
Glamox A70-S is made for wall and ceiling mounting and can also be recessed using an accessory. A70-S has a solid looking aluminium body and opal polycarbonate diffuser. It is available with a choice of decorative trim rings. Typical applications for Glamox A70-S would be staircases, corridors and entrance areas.
Two sizes. Three colours.
Glamox A70-S is available in two different sizes, with a diameter of 290 or 410 mm. The aluminium body comes in a choice of white, grey or black structured paint. The outdoors version is called Glamox O70. This version has a higher IP rating, and mounting fixtures suitable for outdoors use.
Sensors and emergency lighting
These luminaires are all available with presence detectors. The large version is available with an integrated emergency lighting unit.
Choice of trim rings
We offer as an accessory a selection of five different decorative trim rings, which are fastened to the luminaire with magnets: Chrome, copper, white, grey or black. The painted décor rings will stand out from the aluminium body. Glamox A70-S may be used without a trim ring for an even more robust-looking impact.

Body material and colour
- Housing in diecast aluminium, painted in polyester powder paint in colour grey (RAL 9006), White (RAL 9016) or Black (RAL 9005). Diffuser is in impact resistant (PC) opal polycarbonate.

Connection
- 5 pole push-in terminal block prepared for through wiring.

Integrated sensors
- This product is available with a Microwave sensor type SMR-SEN with relay based ON/OFF switch or a Microwave sensor wired for Corridor function type SMC-SEN. For more information see user manual for the respective sensor under “Download”.
Emergency system
- A70-S410 can be supplied with emergency lighting system.
Mounting
- A70-S is made for ceiling or wall mounting. A70-S can also be recessed mounted using a recessing kit and there is a weight distribution plate for soft ceilings. Also use -R versions of decorative trim ring for recessed mounting.
